Responsibilities
• Plan and implement online and offline marketing actions and monitor product performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities for improvement through marketing analysis, research, and performance studies.
• Monitor competitor activities through benchmarking, market reports, and industry research.
• Define target audiences through customer profile analysis, campaign measurement, strategic planning, and budget management.
• Prepare presentations and management reports regarding marketing performance and campaign results.
• Manage and maintain consistent brand positioning and usage across all marketing initiatives.
• Prospect and address client communication and marketing needs.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships between the agency and clients.
• Present and defend campaign concepts, prepare creative briefs, and support achievement of campaign objectives.
• Monitor and follow up on ongoing marketing projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate and prepare digital marketing plans and programs.
• Monitor and analyze performance through Google Ads (PPC), Google Analytics, SEO initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and social media marketing strategies.
• Measure campaign effectiveness through ROI, cost-per-lead, engagement, conversion, bounce-rate, and other marketing metrics to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness.
• Utilize Google My Business and CRM software tools to support digital marketing and customer engagement efforts.
